Double Balloon Enteroscopy is an endoscopic examination used to evaluate the small intestine of patients, enabling the diagnosis of diseases in this region, the performance of therapeutic interventions on the patient, in addition to enabling the visualization of the excluded stomach in bariatric surgery.
The Double Balloon Enteroscopy Immersion course is taught over two full days, with a restricted group of students, dialogued presentations of theory, training in synthetic intestine and assistance in carrying out procedures.
Classes will be hands-on with parts and assistance in carrying out exams.
