PEDPOCUS Pulmonary | Lung Ultrasound Beyond the Basics
The POCUS Pulmonary course in Pediatric Pulmonology was developed to train healthcare professionals in the use of bedside ultrasound (Point-of-Care Ultrasound – POCUS) as a tool to support diagnosis and clinical decision-making in pediatric patients.
With a methodology that integrates theoretical classes, hands-on practical training, and discussion of clinical cases, the course covers everything from the identification of normal lung sonoanatomy to the recognition of major pathologies, such as pneumonia, atelectasis, pleural effusions, pneumothorax, and interstitial syndromes. An opportunity for intensive learning, based on evidence and aimed at immediate application in healthcare practice.
