Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women in Brazil. According to the National Cancer Institute (INCA), there are an estimated 73,610 cases in 2023 alone. To reverse this scenario, one of the main tools is the mammography exam, which increasingly requires training from health professionals.
There are more than 144 hours of content, with theoretical classes taught by professors with extensive experience in the area, and practical activities supervised in the largest hospital complex in Latin America.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to work in the field and will make a difference in the field of mammography in the country.
