Theme: Food Therapy in Food Selectivity with a Transdisciplinary Approach Based on Respect: where to start?
Learn how to develop therapeutic interventions for food selectivity, focusing on respect, team integration, and individualized care.
📅 4th Station: October 18th and 19th, 2025
Topic: Nutritional Intervention in Eating Difficulties: Clinical evaluation, request and interpretation of tests and supplementation
Understand how to conduct a clinical evaluation, request and interpret tests, and propose appropriate nutritional interventions, including supplementation.
