1st Day: Overcoming Eating Difficulties

The Journey aims to train health and education professionals and other interested parties to understand and intervene in eating difficulties in different contexts and audiences. Composed of four stations, the program offers a practical, transdisciplinary approach based on respect, evidence and behavior.

Theme: Food Therapy in Food Selectivity with a Transdisciplinary Approach Based on Respect: where to start?
Learn how to build therapeutic interventions for food selectivity with a focus on respect, team integration and individualization of care.

Theme: Nutritional Intervention in Eating Difficulties: Clinical evaluation, request and interpretation of tests and supplementation
Understand how to conduct a clinical assessment, request and interpret tests, and propose appropriate nutritional interventions, including supplementation.
