Given the accelerated aging of the Brazilian population, it becomes imperative to train professionals for the management of complex conditions that involve the differential diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders, the management of polypharmacy, and the treatment of mood disorders in the elderly.

The course aims to fill a critical gap in medical training, promoting not only symptom control but also the preservation of functionality, autonomy, and dignity of patients in a phase of life often marked by clinical invisibility and stigma.
