The specialization meets a growing demand, given the recognition of Physiotherapy in Sports by the Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (COFFITO) and its increasing importance in the recovery of athletes at various competitive levels, as well as in the prevention and promotion of health.
There are more than 1,100 hours of learning, with theoretical classes taught by renowned professors in the field, transdisciplinary experiences and 816 hours of practical experience in outpatient clinics, clubs and sports environments. The specialization also has partnerships with renowned institutions and professionals in the field. All of this with a functional and individualized approach to the athlete, focusing on the individual and not on pathologies.
