The course aims to train professionals through the routine experience of one of the main fetal medicine centers in the country.

In Brazil, about 80% of congenital malformations are screened using Fetal Medicine resources. Early diagnosis of certain diseases during pregnancy significantly increases the baby's chances of survival, minimizing risks for the child and the

mother.

Over the course of a week, the obstetrician gynecologist experiences up close the entire routine of examinations and discussions of highly complex cases in Fetal Medicine. All this under the supervision of leading specialists from the Hospital das Clínicas da USP
