Feeding difficulties are a common challenge in the school environment, affecting children in early childhood and elementary education in both public and private schools. These problems impact academic performance, create unprepared staff, and worry families seeking effective solutions. This course offers a practical and grounded approach to addressing these issues in daily school life, empowering participants to identify and intervene assertively and respectfully.
During the course, participants will learn to recognize the impact of eating disorders in the school environment and address specific issues, such as feeding autistic and selective children. Nutritional strategies applicable to both individuals and groups will be discussed, as well as practical approaches for public and private schools.
Students will have the opportunity to develop customized protocols to implement in their institutions and participate in live activities that encourage innovative approaches to nutritional education. Upon completion, they will be prepared to transform children's relationships with food, contributing to a healthier, more welcoming, and efficient school environment.
