During the course, participants will learn to recognize the impact of eating disorders in the school environment and to deal with specific issues, such as feeding autistic and selective children. Nutritional strategies applicable both individually and collectively will be discussed, as well as practical approaches for public and private schools.
Students will have the opportunity to develop personalized protocols to implement in their institutions and participate in live dynamics that encourage an innovative vision of nutritional education.
