This course offers an up-to-date immersion in one of the fastest growing models of bariatric and metabolic surgery in clinical practice: the bipartitioning of intestinal transit.

With theoretical classes taught by specialist surgeons from the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP, participants will have access to in-depth discussions about the fundamentals, indications, surgical technique and results of the procedure.

The program includes surgeries transmitted live directly from the ICHC-FMUSP surgical center, performed simultaneously with theoretical presentations, promoting a dynamic learning environment, with space for debates and exchange of experiences with specialists.
