There are over 26 hours of classes, held at the renowned Oscar Freire Institute. The topics covered include: historical account of the reparation of bodily harm, concepts of the parameters for assessing bodily harm, analysis of the criteria for attributing the causal link, types of link, considerations about the previous state and its interface with the harm, characterization of the date of healing/forensic consolidation, classification of temporary and permanent harm, the use of national and international tables (baremas) with application in clinical cases, the use of the international classification of incapacity and functionality – ICF, aesthetic harm, future harm and the special assessment of harm in children and the elderly.
