About Course
The Gero Saúde Program is a resistance training program that, through exercises, helps elderly people with physical conditioning, aiming at muscle strengthening, joint stabilization, assistance in controlling musculoskeletal pain, fall prevention, social interaction and health promotion.
The program is coordinated by ACAPPES - Academy of the Healthy Aging Promotion Program and selects researchers who aim to promote scheduled and regular physical exercise and body practices, seeking to promote healthy aging.
