In-person courses will aim to review market concepts and practices, including examples of FFM practices at HCFMUSP, applied in contracting with the SUS, and with Supplementary Health, with health plan operators regulated by ANS, with legal entities not regulated by ANS, and with individuals.
In-person workshops will aim to discuss the compatibility of market practices in relation to HCBotucatu's practices, so that HCBotucatu's own managers, with the support of FFM, can propose adjustments to the management model that are viable in the context involving the UNESP School of Medicine, the Botucatu Clinical Hospital, and the Economic Geography of Health in Botucatu and the region.
Support in the preparation and monitoring of proposals, with in-person and/or remote monitoring, will aim to present to HCBotucatu's senior management the need for adjustments to adapt existing management to market practices justified by mapping risks and opportunities.
