The main objective of the Food, Nutrition and Mental Health - ANSM course is to enable students to recognize nutrients, eating patterns, bioactive substances and the importance of variety in the diet, in order to create a sharp critical sense to make healthier and tastier food decisions, in addition to understanding how food can directly influence mental and emotional well-being.
