Gerontogeriatrics Course HCFMUSP - 2025
The Gerontogeriatrics course covers concepts ranging from the basics to the most advanced topics in geriatrics, from a current, evidence-based perspective adapted to the Brazilian context. It covers clinical practice challenges, some essential topics such as dementia and cardiogeriatrics, and discusses and addresses issues ranging from health promotion to death.
Over 45 hours of excellent content, led by some of Brazil's leading geriatrics experts. Throughout the course, you'll learn about the specific characteristics of the elderly population, gain a better understanding of the main syndromes, and learn how to provide better care, focusing on management and health promotion.
Additionally, by taking the course, you have access to lectures and discussion sessions, with the option of recording, so you can watch whenever and however you want, if you are unable to participate in the broadcast activities.
