How to deal with situations of patient violence against employees in health services
The increasing increase in situations in which the patient or their companion behaves violently against employees and health professionals is a phenomenon observed worldwide, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.
At HCFMUSP, the Clinical Board, through its Humanization Center, developed and implemented a policy to combat this type of violence, called PEV (Policy for Combating User Violence against Collaborators).
This course is one of the various actions for the development of this policy that seeks to promote a culture of peace and humanization.
