About Course

The postgraduate course in Occupational Therapy qualifies professionals to apply assessment instruments and intervention methods and techniques in Cognitive Rehabilitation in the area of mental health, with the aim of improving their functionality and independence in daily activities. The course meets a growing demand in the job market in Brazil and worldwide.

Aimed at occupational therapists, the specialization has the quality of HCX Fmusp and the Institute of Psychiatry (IPq) of HCFMUSP, the largest hospital in Latin America. The program addresses a range of therapeutic strategies and evidence-based approaches to assist people of all ages who face cognitive challenges arising from neurological or psychiatric conditions, or as a result of acquired brain injuries.
