This is one of the courses in the BE INTEGRAL track, which aims to contribute to health promotion and disease prevention, cultivating individual and collective well-being through educational experiences and holistic practices.

The term holos in Greek expresses the idea of wholeness and integrity. Provide participants with the individual's perception of their position in life (WHO).

Health Medicine is based on preservation and promotion. The disease begins when the SER is left in favor of the TER.
