Integral Being – Meditation

This is one of the courses on the SER INTEGRAL trail, which aims to contribute to the promotion of health and disease prevention, cultivating individual and collective well-being through educational experiences and holistic practices.

Train mindfulness, being in the present moment with acceptance and without judgment. Helping to break out of the automatic behavior of modern life, reducing mental overload, stress and anxiety. In this way, promoting moments of relaxation and joy.
