About Course

This is one of the courses on the SER INTEGRAL trail, which aims to contribute to the promotion of health and disease prevention, cultivating individual and collective well-being through educational experiences and holistic practices.

We are increasingly taking on our own risks at work. Content aimed at improving quality of life related to ergonomics. Social benefits of ergonomics, as well as health prevention through ergonomics.

Before choosing this course, learn about the 8-course path: Salutogenesis, Meditation, Intuitive Exercise, Integrative Care, Yoga for Everyone, Foot Reflexology, Occupational Dimension and Financial Well-being.

Throughout the journey, students have access to quality content, in-person experiences, learning paths, Integrative and Complementary Practices (PICS) and evidence-based therapeutic resources, with a focus on well-being and quality of life. The goal is to follow a path of transformation, covering the financial, occupational, mental, environmental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social dimensions.
