Being Integral – Financial Wellbeing

This is one of the courses on the SER INTEGRAL trail, which aims to contribute to the promotion of health and disease prevention, cultivating individual and collective well-being through educational experiences and holistic practices.

Facilitate changes in money management habits, such as saving, saving and investing. Understand the changes that come with longevity and the need to prepare for a period of life without generating income. Deconstruct fearful and limiting attitudes in relationships with financial agents and simplify language to build trust in the long term.

The goal is to follow a path of transformation, covering the financial, occupational, mental, environmental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social dimensions.
