The International Medical Observation Program is dedicated to professionals with a degree in medicine outside Brazil, with or without experience in the field of practice, and who are interested in supervised monitoring in some medical specialties at the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (HCFMUSP).
In this program, the doctor participates in the regular scientific meetings of the chosen discipline, accompanies outpatient care and observes the activities in the operating room - depending on the specialty - always under the supervision of the clinical staff of the HCFMUSP.
The objective is to immerse yourself in the care routine at the Hospital das Clínicas in São Paulo, to offer a comprehensive view of medical practice in a real clinical environment, to develop critical skills and to contribute to the professional growth of the participants.
The International Medical Observation Program has a minimum duration of one month and a variable workload, according to the structure of the department of the desired specialty. Working at Hospital das Clínicas is the right choice for those who want to contribute to the transformation of their country's health system.
The Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP is the largest hospital complex in Latin America, with 600,000 square meters, located in the heart of the city of São Paulo.
