PCICPS - International Cooperation Program for the Training of Health Professionals - SHORT DURATION/ OBSERVATIONAL

The Short Term International Cooperation Program is aimed at foreign health professionals, graduates outside Brazil, with or without experience in their field of expertise, who are interested in an observational internship of up to one year at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo — HCFMUSP.

The internship requires exclusive full-time and restricted dedication to the HCFMUSP, and work outside the Complex is not allowed. The activities will always be carried out under the supervision of the Clinical Staff.

The characteristics of the International Cooperation Program — Short Term are:

• Number of vacancies - the Clinic is consulted and analyzes the possibility of carrying out the internship according to the candidate's interest;
• Selection - carried out by the Clinic responsible for the internship, which establishes whether there is a need to submit prerequisites;
• Duration - established by the Clinic according to the candidate's needs and the availability of the Clinic, and must be less than 1 year;
• Student Visa - a visa is required for periods longer than 6 months;
• Proficiency in the Portuguese language - there is no need to pass the CELPE-BRAS exam. For students who do not speak Portuguese, fluency in English is required

• Payment - monthly investment. The amount is in Real (R$), and will be converted by the card provider to the currency of your country
