Specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
The Specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy course is based on functional assessment and the identification of the root cause of dysfunctions, in order to plan therapeutic strategies for functional rehabilitation in the various areas of physiotherapy practice.
Aware of the constant scientific evolution of Physiotherapy and the job market, the course offers students updated content, such as evidence-based practice and modern neuroscience of pain, without losing the basic principles of biomechanics and neurophysiology fundamental to the Physiotherapist's clinical reasoning.
This functionality-based vision is the great differential of the course and allows the Physiotherapist to work at different levels of health care and their respective complexities.
In the course, the student learns in practice, with the support of professors who are references in the area. The quality of the course is assured by the Hospital das Clínicas da USP, the largest in Latin America.
