The High Complexity Rheumatology Immersion Program was developed for rheumatologists who wish to deepen their clinical experience in a leading environment, with direct exposure to complex systemic autoimmune diseases and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
Key differentiatorsDuring this two-week immersion program, participants will attend highly specialized outpatient clinics dedicated to different areas of rheumatology, such as systemic sclerosis, systemic vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid syndrome, inflammatory myopathies, spondyloarthritis, and osteometabolic diseases. Each clinic includes in-depth clinical discussions focusing on diagnostic reasoning, risk stratification, and therapeutic decision-making in complex scenarios.
The program also includes participation in high-complexity ward discussions , which address hospitalized cases with severe systemic manifestations, often involving multiple organs and requiring multidisciplinary integration between rheumatology, pulmonology, cardiology, radiology, pathology, and other specialties. These sessions allow for discussion of diagnostic challenges, interpretation of specialized tests, and therapeutic strategies in patients with severe autoimmune diseases.
