Immersion in Orthopedics – IOT-HC 4-week in-person program, aimed at residents and physicians who wish to experience the routine of a reference service. The participant accompanies surgeries in the surgical center, outpatient appointments and case/board discussions, with a focus on clinical decision-making, surgical planning and contemporary techniques (access routes, implant positioning and perioperative care/ERAS). You will learn:

• Complete patient flow: indication, preparation, surgical technique and follow-up.
• Clinical reasoning and decision-making criteria in real cases.
• Best practices in safety, documentation and team communication.
• Applied clinical research: study design, ethics/CEP, data collection and organization, basic use of REDCap/spreadsheets and critical reading (journal club). What you gain:
