About Course

The course aims to train professionals through practical experience in one of the main fetal medicine centers in the country.

In Brazil, approximately 80% of congenital malformations are screened for through Fetal Medicine. Early diagnosis of certain diseases during pregnancy significantly increases the baby's chances of survival, minimizing risks to both the child and the mother.

Over the course of a week, the obstetrician-gynecologist experiences firsthand the routine of examinations and discussions of highly complex fetal medicine cases. All under the supervision of leading specialists from the University of São Paulo's Hospital das Clínicas.
