Double Balloon Enteroscopy Immersion
The purpose of the Double Balloon Enteroscopy Immersion course is to train endoscopists to perform this type of procedure in a safe and efficient manner.
Double Balloon Enteroscopy is an endoscopic examination used to evaluate patients' small intestine, allowing the diagnosis of existing diseases in that region, the carrying out of therapeutic interventions on the patient, and allowing the visualization of the stomach excluded during bariatric surgery.
The Double Balloon Enteroscopy Immersion course is held over two full days, with a restricted class of students, dialogued presentations of the theory, training in synthetic intestine, and assistance in carrying out procedures.
Classes will be hands-on in plays and with assistance in taking exams.
