Healthcare Crew Resources Management H-CRM

The practical HCRM course is inspired by aviation principles and grounded in established Patient Safety tools. Throughout the course, participants will be trained to apply practical tools and develop essential behavioral skills to lead and coordinate teams in highly complex and high-pressure scenarios.

The training aims to reduce variability, noise, and information loss, promoting safer and more efficient performance by strengthening effective communication, leadership, situational awareness, decision-making, and mutual support.

By the end of the course, the student will be better prepared to act in an integrated, safe, and assertive manner in critical care situations.
