.In gynecological emergencies, decisions must be taken quickly, safely and accurately, due to the risk of a worsening of the patient's health and death. The identification of blood collections and abscesses is fundamental, for example, cyst rupture and pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian and adnexal torsion, pediculated myoma, traumatic uterine perforation, parido myoma, and uterine inversion, can also be diagnosed. The orientation of cyst punctures, collections, and drainage of abscesses in the Douglas sac fundus can be easily performed using transvaginal ultrasound
