Quality Management and Auditing in the Hospital Scope – 2nd Semester of 2025

Through this course, participants will be trained to understand the organizational methods of a healthcare institution and participate in internal audits focusing on the hospital quality management system, following the recommendations of the Brazilian accreditation manual. The program combines highly qualified faculty, unique practical experience, and a certificate of excellence from the Hospital das Clínicas da USP.

Over the course of two days, you will learn how to collaborate in the continuous improvement of a hospital's service and operating conditions, using audit quality concepts.

At the end of this journey, the professional acquires relevant theoretical and practical knowledge to make a difference in their performance.
