About Course

The CEG – Center for Entrepreneurship and Management’s Clinic Management Course aims to provide fundamental knowledge for business development. Aimed at medical clinics of all sizes, the Professors guide course participants to review their knowledge of planning, management, marketing and finance, among others, applying it in their practices or to enable new businesses, maximizing the clinic’s results and reducing operational risk.

It is an intensive course, which seeks a 20-hour immersion of the participant in updating and exchanging experiences with the teachers.
