About Course

The specialization course in Clinical Nutrition aims to qualify nutrition professionals for market trends. The proposed arrangement allows for interdisciplinarity, updating and the necessary depth to expand knowledge in nutritional care in hospitals and outpatient clinics, through practical and theoretical classes.

The objective is to specialize the nutritionist in the most recent scientific and methodological advances related to the nutritional assessment of inpatients and outpatients, identify the nutritional needs of the patient based on metabolic aspects, update and deepen knowledge related to dietary planning and prescription for different clinical situations, in addition to raising awareness for the humanization of care with priority given to treatment, health promotion and quality of life.
