The Nursing specialization in Intensive and Emergency Care for Newborns, Children, and Adolescents qualifies professionals for highly complex care in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, as well as specialized wards. The program combines highly qualified faculty, unique practical experience, and a diploma from the University of São Paulo's Hospital das Clínicas, the largest hospital complex in Latin America.
Upon completing this postgraduate program, professionals will be able to provide humane care in emergency situations to critically ill children and adolescents, as well as offer support and support to families. Nurses will also be familiar with the structure of tertiary institutions and the main clinical and surgical conditions of high-risk newborns.
There are more than 480 hours of content, with theoretical classes taught by leading experts in the field and supervised practice in inpatient units of the renowned Institute for Children and Adolescents (ICr HCFMUSP).
