Specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
The Specialization course in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is based on functional assessment and identification of the root cause of dysfunctions, in order to outline therapeutic planning for functional rehabilitation in the various areas of physiotherapy.
Aware of the constant scientific evolution of Physical Therapy and the job market, the course offers students updated content, such as evidence-based practice and modern neuroscience of pain, without losing sight of the basic principles of biomechanics and neurophysiology that are fundamental to the clinical reasoning of a Physical Therapist.
This functionality-based vision is the course's greatest differentiator and enables the Physiotherapist to work at different levels of healthcare and their respective complexities.
In the course, students learn hands-on, with the support of professors who are experts in their field. The course's quality is assured by the University of São Paulo's Hospital das Clínicas, the largest in Latin America.
