The Echocardiography (Thoracic and Esophageal) and Pulmonary Ultrasound course aims to broaden the spectrum of skills in echocardiography and ultrasound in the management of patients with respiratory failure, cardiovascular dysfunction and intracranial hypertension.
Ultrasound consists of the use of ultrasound at the bedside by emergency physicians, intensive care physicians or anesthesiologists for specific purposes, in situations that require intensive and immediate care, often with an imminent risk of death.
There are more than 15 hours of content, led by specialists from the Radiology and Oncology Departments and Clinical Emergencies at HCFMUSP. At the end of the journey, you will expand your skills in managing patients with respiratory failure, cardiovascular dysfunction and intracranial hypertension.
