Lifestyle Medicine: How to Work on Behavior Change in Clinical Practice?

Changing habits is one of the biggest challenges in clinical practice. This course was developed for physicians who want to apply effective behavior change strategies with their patients, especially in the context of Lifestyle Medicine.

The course will cover concepts, strategies, and techniques to promote health behavior change, including, but not limited to, eating and physical activity behaviors.

Classes will be illustrated with service simulations and case studies.
