Mental Health First Aid Training

Based on scientific evidence and grounded in international practices, the mental health first aid guidelines aim to teach mental health first aid to the general population, enabling them to recognize and offer support to people with mental health problems.

By becoming a mental health first responder, a caregiver will be able to identify signs and symptoms of possible diagnoses and offer emotional support in times of crisis.
