In this sense, promoting health, autonomy and quality of life for the elderly through physical activity is essential for a natural process of healthy aging. This course was developed especially for multidisciplinary professionals and laypeople who wish to learn more about the benefits and safe practices aimed at the elderly.
With a practical and scientific approach, 8 video classes will be offered that explore everything from the fundamentals of aging to the application of exercises adapted to different conditions and levels of physical fitness. In addition, strategies will be presented to motivate and engage older adults in regular physical activity, promoting not only physical benefits, but also social and emotional benefits.
