In this sense, promoting health, autonomy, and quality of life for the elderly through physical activity is fundamental to a natural healthy aging process. This course was developed especially for multiprofessionals and lay people who wish to learn more about the benefits and safe practices aimed at the
elderly.With a practical and scientific approach, 8 video classes will be offered that explore everything from the fundamentals of aging to the application of exercises adapted to different conditions and levels of physical fitness. In addition, strategies will be presented to motivate and engage the elderly in the regular practice of physical activity, promoting not only physical but also social and emotional benefits
