The Advanced Interventional Psychiatry program offers training in hospital-based procedures for therapeutic purposes for physicians with psychiatry residencies. It brings together a highly qualified faculty, extensive practical hours, and the excellence of the IPq HCFMUSP.
Divided into three modules, students will become familiar with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (TSE) techniques; Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Technique and Esketamine and Ketamine Usage Technique.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will have the opportunity to observe services in person, in a unique practical experience at the USP Hospital das Clínicas, the largest in Latin America.
